The City of Norman, Arkansas is requesting bids for the demo and reconstruction of the Norman Fire Department sealed bids for NORMAN FIRE DEPARTMENT RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT will be received by the CITY OF NORMAN at 133 GOLF COURSE ROAD (PO BOX 427) NORMAN, AR, 71960 until 10:00 A.M. on MARCH 13, 2026.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
A PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH will be held on MARCH 10,2026 at 1:00 PM at the NORMAN FIRE
DEPARTMENT, 227 W MAIN, NORMAN, AR 71960. All contractors are REQUIRED to attend.
In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. This Advertisement for Bids is being published by and paid for by the following:
