The Normal Public Library will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Normal Public Library – Metal Roofing Replacement

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked " Normal Public Library – Metal Roofing Replacement " with the time and date of the opening, which will be Thursday,July 10, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.

Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at the pre-bid walk-through to be held on June 26, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the project site. Library employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normalil.gov .  The Normal Public Library reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures.  The bid award will be made by the Trustees of the Normal Public Library and their decision will be final.
