Non-Standard Maritime Vessel
- Vessel shall be fully fueled and fully functioning
- The vessel shall be available for pick up in the port of Nome Alaska.
- The vessel shall be an ocean-going trawler-styled motor yacht.
- The vessel shall be a minimum 25 meters in length.
- The vessel shall have a capacity to include berthing for ten (10) passengers.
- The vessel shall have station keeping and/ or bow thrusters, an enclosed bridge/ cabin.
- The vessel shall have separate staterooms for classification and storage requirements.
- Mast or super structure capable of holding/ mounting emitters weighing ~ 80lbs.
- Pier space available to accommodate vessel from 02-15 August 2025.
- The vessel shall have 24-hour accessibility for the duration of the exercise 02-15 August 2025.
- The vessel shall have 24-hour accessibility to the Port of Nome, Alaska from 02-15 August 2025.

The vessel shall have access to 24-hour pier space in the Port of Nome, Alaska from 02-15 August 2025 to conduct and have the ability to conduct
- Regular and rapid fueling and defueling capability.
- Loading and unloading of required supplies.
- Pier space shall provide shore power to the vessel as needed.
- If vessel is in need of repair, contractor shall provide maintenance to the best of their ability.
