This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by the City of Nanaimo (“the City”) for identifying experienced non-profit service providers that are interested in providing a rent supplement program. The program is intended to run up to one year or until funds are expended, and will provide rent supplements for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness who do not have sufficient funds to either find or maintain appropriate housing.

The intent of the EOI is to identify qualified non-profit service providers interested in providing the service. Following the close of this EOI, the City may create a listing of non-profit service providers, issue a subsequent invitation only solicitation, direct award, or cancel or terminate the project.
