The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center located at Shiprock, NM 87420 has an upcoming requirement for a one (1) Respiratory Therapist for the Reparatory Department. The Period of Performance will be for one (1) year. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621399 Office of All other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners with a small business size standard of employees with a small business size standard of 1,250.
The Request for Quotations No. IHS1507587 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by February 15, 2025. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance and price. Quotes will be due on or by February 22, 2025. The acquisition is a ISBEE set-aside.
In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
