The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO), is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Non-Personal Professional Psychiatric Physician Services at Fort Yuma Health Clinic (FYHC), Winterhaven, California.

This acquisition is conducted using the commercial services procedures of FAR Part 12, as supplemented by applicable HHS, IHS, and Buy Indian Act requirements.

This requirement is restricted to eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) in accordance with the Buy Indian Act and applicable IHS acquisition regulations.

The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
