SOLICITATION TITLE: Non-Executive Recruitment.
DESCRIPTION: MTA seeks to enter into five-year agreement (s) with two one-year renewal options with
firms (hereafter referred to as “Consultants”) who are in the business of non- executive recruitment
services. The selected consultants will provide non-executive recruitment services for MTA on an as
needed basis. The recruitment needs in the aggregate and as for each MTA Agency are not
guaranteed and will depend upon actual need.
