Solicitation Document Description: The Supplier must provide in its Bid, the documents set out in Part 4 – Form C – Other Mandatory Submission Forms, which include the following documents. These documents shall contain the information set out below. Failure to provide the required information listed below shall render the Bid noncompliant.

1.        Concentration of Iron Salts
Suppliers must upload a copy of the concentration of any Iron Salts to be supplied to the City of Toronto as outlined in Part 3 – Specifications and Requirements, 1.2.1.

2.        Manufacturer's Literature and Technical specifications of the Iron Salts
Suppliers must upload a copy of the manufacture's literature and technical specifications of the Iron Salts to be supplied to the City of Toronto.
3.        Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
Suppliers must upload a copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each item being supplied to the City of Toronto.
4.        Certificate of Analysis of Iron Salts
Suppliers must upload a copy of the Certificate of Analysis of Iron Salts proposed for supply, from a third party accredited laboratory performed within past twelve (12) months. The Certificate of Analysis shall provide a summary of parameters stated in Section 3.1.2, for each Iron Salt to be supplied to the City of Toronto (spent &/or manufactured).

5.        Process Used for Manufacturing Iron Salts and Source of Supply
Suppliers must upload a copy of the sources of supply for all products indicating the name and address of the mill(s) and/or manufacturer(s). The copy must state the process used to manufacture the Iron Salts for all products supplied to the City of Toronto.
