The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, plans to request proposals for Non-Emergent Wheelchair Transport Services for the Michael E. DeBakey Medical Center (MEDVAMC) and all surrounding Community Base Outpatient Centers (CBOC) along with several other locations in other states.
