Summary

This is for the renovation of the canteen in 610, both kitchens, one storage area, and one bathroom.

This project would include but is not limited to:

Additions & upgrades to the large kitchen, small kitchen, and canteen.
See attached document for project specifics.

Bidder is responsible for providing their own dumpster to hold all construction debris.

Process

Bidder is required to complete the solicitation Item Grid and attach an electronic copy of their quote in OhioBuys, quotes must be valid for a minimum of 90 days.

A site visit is required to view the exact scope of work, at which time potential bidders may review the areas associated with the project.

The site visit will be conducted at Northwest Ohio Developmental Center.

Site Visit Time: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Bids will be evaluated, and the contract for services will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency.
