The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00039 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by November 25, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, key personnel qualifications, past performance, and price.
