Amendment A0003:
The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to vendor submitted questions.

Amendment A0002:
The government is reopening and extending the solicitation as a result of receiving no responsive ISBEE quotes at a fair and reasonable price. The government withdrawals the ISBEE set-aside and revises the set-aside to 100% Small Business. Current quotations will be included in the final evaluation unless rescinded or revised. The government invites new quotations pursuant to all other terms and conditions of the original RFQ. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment A00001:
Per industry request, the solicitation due date is extended to 8.31.26 at 0800 MT. All other terms and conditions are unchanged.

Solicitation:
The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office requests deliver of materials supporting the federal lands range management projects at multiple locations within the state of New Mexico. The resultant order will be for a firm-fixed-price contract type. This RFQ is issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

Delivery is FOB Destination pursuant to FAR 52.247-34.

The contractor is responsible for all MHE and transportation requirements.

8. Government Past Performance Systems including SAM.gov and CPARS.gov will be evaluated to support the determination of responsibility required per FAR 9.104-1.

1. Provide in your quotation utilizing the attached quote sheet
2. Send quotation to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than the suspense date. Late quotes will not be considered.
3. Questions are to be submitted to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than the above suspense date and time. Any questions will be responded to via RFQ amendment to the vendor pool.
4. Quotes shall be valid for not less than 120 days.
