NLRSD RFP2526 Exclusive Vendor for Athletic Apparel and Supplies
North Little Rock School District (NLRSD) is seeking qualifications and proposals to be the district’s exclusive vendor for Athletic apparel and supplies. All vendors must submit clear and specific qualifications and pricing/product details as requested. Any incentives or sponsorships proposed must be included in the proposal. The contract will be a five year term with option to renew annually upon mutual agreement by both parties.

The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses and waive any irregularities or formalities in proposals received. The District reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent acceptable company. Awards will be based on those considerations that are in the best interest of the District and will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal is judged to be the most qualified and economical for the purpose intended, according to the requirements of the Request for Proposals.
