NLC Logoed Jackets

Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of Logoed Jackets for the Northern Lights Casino.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Substitution T-shirt will be considered with equivalent quality to Lightweight Hooded Jacket option. Specifications (brand name, model, description, picture, etc.) are required for substitutions with your bid submission. All jackets to be adult sizing men and woman.
2. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, tariffs, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
3. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
4. All setup charges are to be included in the spaced provided in the table above. All costs associated to this order must be included in your bid submission.
5. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
6. Production logo file will be provided in the appropriate format to awarded vendor.
7. SIGA will obtain and provide all required permission to logo usage for this project, as applicable.

Awarded vendor must provide Digital proofs to be approved by SIGA, prior to production.
9. See Appendix 2 for sample of the Imprint size and locations. Actual approved artwork will be provided to the successful proponent.
10. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
11. The successful bidder should provide sizing kit.
12. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
13. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
14. Bidders shall provide any relevant specification or information along with bid submission.
