The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to the intent of these specifications, terms and conditions describe within this RFQ for the provision OEM Nissan car parts, and/or factory authorized service and repairs for Nissan cars. The City shall reserve the right to issue separate purchase orders for parts and service.
