The Transportation Council is issuing a request for expressions of interest (REI) from qualified firms or individuals to undertake the Niskayuna NY 7 Complete Streets Plan. The study is being funded by the Transportation Council and the Town of Niskayuna through the Transportation Council’s 2024-2025 Unified Planning Work Program as part of the Community and Transportation Linkage Planning Program. The study has a fixed budget of $139,500 for consultant services. The Transportation Council, on behalf of the Town of Niskayuna, will administer the consultant contract and will jointly manage the study with the Town. The Transportation Council and the Town of Niskayuna would like to see this study completed within 12 calendar months from the date of contract execution. Chaim Simon will serve as the project manager and will be the primary contact for technical and administration questions. Contact Latanya Sellie at the Transportation Council for a complete copy of the REI. Both Chaim and Latanya can be reached by calling 518-458-2161 or emailing info@capitalmpo.org .
