2. OPTIONAL PRE-BID MEETING DATE/TIME/LOCATION
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 AM Friday, June 26, 2026, at 4401 West Admiral Doyle Drive,
New Iberia, La 70506 at which time details of plans and specifications will be discussed.
3. SITE VISITS
Monday - Friday, June 22, 2026 to July 2, 2026 8:00 AM TO 3:00 PM. Contact the Project Manager
noted above.
4. INQUIRIES
All inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be directed to Purchasing by emailing
BidQuestions@louisiana.edu. The inquiry period will end at 5:00 PM, Monday, July 6, 2026.
5. DEADLINE/DUE DATE
Bid submissions are due at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 16, 2026 and must be received electronically
at ULLafayetteBids@louisiana.edu by the due date and time as per the instructions outlined in the
specifications under Guidelines for Electronic Submission of Bids and Virtual Bid Openings in the
solicitation.

7. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK
1. All labor and material to renovate existing 3rd floor area of Building 29 which includes
architectural, civil, structural mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and IT at the New Iberia Research
Center, New Iberia Louisiana.
