The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the Nikolaus and McNeil Acres Subdivision Roadway Improvements, City of Show Low Project No. R-5723 in the City of Show Low. The work includes the reconstruction of 10,000 LF of roadway including portions of S. 6 ^th Place, S. 5 ^th Place, E. Mills, E. Nikolaus, E. Owens, S. 8 ^th Street, S. 9 ^th Place, E. Reidhead, and E. Stratton. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the pulverization of approximately 25,000 SY of existing asphalt roadway, recycle and mixing existing asphalt millings into existing base, subgrade preparation and compaction, reshaping the roadway grade, installing new asphalt pavement overlay, re-establish roadway shoulder, adjusting water valves and manholes. The work includes all required labor, material, incidentals, transportation, traffic control, and services required for the project to complete a usable and operable facility in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner as shown on the Construction and Bid Documents. This work shall take place within the right-of-way along portions of S. 6 ^th Place, S. 5 ^th Place, E. Mills, E. Nikolaus, E. Owens, S. 8 ^th Street, S. 9 ^th Place, E. Reidhead, and E. Stratton in Show Low.

Sealed Bids will be received by the City Engineer, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Thursday, July 6 ^th , 2023 at 2:00 PM with a Public Bid Opening immediately following. The City of Show Low reserves the right to modify the Scope of Work and to reject any and all bids not deemed in the best interest of the City. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, June 22 ^nd , 2023 at 2:00 PM at City Hall, 180 N. 9 ^th Street, Show Low, AZ.

Contract Documents and Bid Instructions may be obtained from the City of Show Low City Hall Administrative Assistant at $20.00 per set, non-refundable.
