The University of Delaware (UD) is soliciting proposals for an experienced consultant to provide service as Data Connectivity Consultant. In this capacity, the consultant will 1) receive and clarify information from NIIMBL pertaining to the “industry needs”, 2) identify “solutions” and published evidence which address the needs, 3) analyze “need / solution pairs” using an interoperability conceptual framework to document gaps and challenges, 4) document and deliver solution challenges, and gaps findings to the Big-Data Program / Interoperability Workstream within the National Institute for Innovation in Manufacturing Biopharmaceuticals (NIIMBL).
