Project Description: The City of Orem (the "City") is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide comprehensive siding replacement and sealing services for two (2) existing structures located within Nielsen’s Grove Park (2000 Sandhill Rd, Orem, UT 84058).
The primary objective is to preserve the historical aesthetic of the park while upgrading the structural integrity and weather resistance of the buildings through the installation of high-quality wood board and batten siding.
