Scope of Service:
This scope of work includes the necessary services to address issues related to failed control boards and transformer reliability. Contractor to assess the current equipment, identify the specific causes of failure and implement appropriate solutions to restore full functionality. The services provided should ensure that all affected components are repaired or replaces as needed to improve system reliability. All work will be completed efficiently and to industry standards to minimize downtime and ensure continued safe operations.
• Assess Equipment
• Replace Honeywell Gen relay SPDT (single pole double throw) switch
• Replace Modulating hot gas reheat x board
• Replace Mod Gas x board
• Replace SPDT (single pole double throw) 24v relay
• Any damage as a result of installation by contractor will be repaired back to original condition.
