Scope:

Install E-Stop, new Recirculation valve, and gauges on 3 multipulse boilers (model number AM-150) that regulate water temperature in the HVAC loop.  Install low water controls to maintain safe water level to prevent boiler damage.

Electrical materials for e stops, relays and low water control (quantity 1)
Permits

Include labor for install of materials.
Ensure scope of work will bring boilers up to code compliance.

Project to be completed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4PM.  Optional site visit Tuesday, February 3 rd at 10:30AM.
