Project:  Plumbing Quote to replace four inch backflow shutoff valve and number two check valve.

Scope:
Shut off water supply
Remove failed 4” OS&Y valve and #2 check valve
Install new 4” OS&Y valve and #2 check valve
Test #2 check valve

Materials include check valve, valve and gasket packs

Include labor for install of materials.  Work to be performed after hours, Monday-Friday after 8PM
Ensure scope of work will bring  up to code compliance.
