NIANTIC PARK RESURFACING OF TENNIS & PICKLEBALL COURTS

CONTRACT NO. OB2025-02

The Town is seeking solicitations for repair, repaving and repainting of the 2 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts located at Niantic Park, 35 Wamsutta Ave, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557.

Work to begin after April 1, 2025 and be completed by May 5, 2025.

This solicitation is being issued under MGL CH 30 §39M for public works construction projects (non-building), by the Town of Oak Bluffs, through its Town Administrator.

A 50% payment bond will be required if the contract is more than $25,000.00 (MGL chapter 149 section 29) and to be received upon execution of the contract.

All contracts for public works services contracts require the contractor to pay prevailing wage as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under provisions of Section 26 and 27H, Chapter 149 of the General Laws as amended, and will be made part of the final Contract
