Bidders may obtain one full paper bid set from Projectdog for a refundable deposit of $50.00 made payable to Projectdog in the form of certified check or money order. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded to all responsive bidders returning the Contract Documents in good condition within ten (10) days after date of general bid opening. Otherwise, the deposit will become the property of Projectdog, Inc. Bidders requesting their refundable paper set to be mailed must supply a non-refundable shipping and handling fee of $50.00 payable to Projectdog.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am on April 17, 2025 at Needham High School 609 Webster St, Needham, MA 02492. Attendance is strongly encouraged but not required.
Filed sub bids must be submitted no later than 2:00pm, April 29, 2025
to the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, Town of Needham, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492.
Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 10:00am, May 8, 2025
to the Administration Office of the Public Works Department, Town of Needham, 500 Dedham Ave., Needham, MA 02492. All bids (including filed sub-bids) must be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the bid. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids will be publicly opened after submission deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
