PROPOSAL SPECIFICATIONS

New Haven Free Public Library seeks proposals for Category 1 network equipment and internet access for the library
bookmobile (Wi-Fi)

• Offerors must specify dmarc address, mode of delivery, bandwidth level, and contract term.
• Offerors must provide incremental pricing for all bandwidth levels supported between the minimum and maximum
  listed for an appropriate cost-effective analysis.
• Offerors must include the cost for Static IP addresses.
• All proposals must include the complete cost to connect to and work with the LAN.
• Proposals must clearly identify installation/construction costs, if applicable. If your proposal includes installation costs
  and are not identified your proposal will not be considered.
• Services must support a minimum of 25 concurrent users.

This project seeks to outfit NHFPL's mobile branch with high-speed internet to provide access to important library services and technology to underserved parts of New Haven.
