Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products/services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.



The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D30125Q78565 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.



The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order--with one 12-mo. base period & three 12-mo. option periods--for the following requirement:

  • Next Seq 1000 Instrument Maintenance and Repair Support Services (serial no. VL00666)
