NextGen ERP / Cloud Planning

To accomplish the mission of the University of Minnesota (‘UofM’), we currently utilize Oracle PeopleSoft products for most of our administrative functions. Specifically:

- Campus Solutions 9.2 (Student Admin)

- Human Capital Management 9.2 (Hu man Resources)

- Financial / Supply Chain Management 9.2 (Fi nance)

- Interaction Hub 9.1 ( Enterprise Portal/UX)

We are looking to analyze what it may take to replace our current administrative functions at some point in the future. Our goal with this RFP is not to select a vendor or product to replace these functions but to develop a road map that will prepare us for such an endeavor. We are looking for guidance on activities that we should be engaged in leading to prepare for a project of this scope, considerations for selecting a replacement vendor, and expected costs, effort, and timeline to accomplish this transformation. Ideally this engagement will leverage lessons learned and recommendations from similar successful efforts (ideally for an R1 research institution) to provide a realistic picture for our planning.
