NEWSPAPER PRINTING AND MAILING

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on April 28, 2026 for BID – NEWSLETTER PRINTING AND MAILING. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

A Pre-Bid Virtual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 1:30 PM. The Pre-Bid Conference is conducted by the Westmoreland County Department of Human Services – Area Agency on Aging. Bidders will need a virtual invitation to attend the meeting.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:

Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
