NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lauderhill is seeking proposals for the following work as detailed:

NEWSLETTER PRINTING SERVICES (RE-BID)

The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed proposals until 11:45 A.M. EST, April 28, 2026 , via IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ . Proposals received after 12:00 P.M. will not be considered.

This City of Lauderhill is currently seeking proposers to provide Newsletter Printing Services. The City will consider proposals from printing companies to provide diverse design, printing manufacturing and distribution services for the City of Lauderhill’s Administration Department. Proposals will be ranked on a combined qualification and pricing for Proposal. The City anticipates awarding a contract(s) for three (3) years with two one (1) year extensions.

Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addendums will be posted and distributed via IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department.
