Notes	REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE TO PROPOSERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lauderhill is seeking proposals for the following work as detailed: RFP NUMBER: # 2026-015 NEWSLETTER PRINTING SERVICES The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed proposals until 3:45 P.M. EST, January 08, 2026 , via IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ . Proposals received after 3:45 P.M. will not be considered. This City of Lauderhill is currently seeking proposers to provide Newsletter Printing Services. The City will consider proposals from printing companies to provide diverse design, printing manufacturing and distribution services for the City of Lauderhill’s Administration Department. Proposals will be ranked on a combined qualification and pricing for Proposal. The City anticipates awarding a contract(s) for three (3) years with two one (1) year extensions. The full Statement of Work is available on and after December 18, 2025, on IonWave https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Vendors who obtain solicitation documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation package may be incomplete. All addendums will be posted and distributed via IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department.
