The Department of Public Buildings for the City of Quincy, Massachusetts is seeking sealed bids for the Newport Ave Extension Pedestrian Bridge Surface Restoration Project. Bidders must be DCAMM certified in the painting category. The Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing lead containing paint materials, temporary containment, sand blasting, surface preparation of existing structural steel bridge supports, painting of structural steel bridge supports, preparation and painting of existing chain link fence located at walkway above the bridge, and exterior finishes and all materials, equipment, services, traffic management and construction inherent to the Work as required to complete the Newport Ave Extension Bridge Surface Restoration Project in Quincy, MA.
