INVITATION FOR BID

NEWCOMB SUBSTATION PROJECT (MATERIALS)

Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified suppliers to provide the

hardware materials needed for the Newcomb Substation project located in Newcomb, New

Mexico.

Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Avis Jimm, Contract Administrator, at (928)

729-6243 or by email avisj@ntua.com or at the NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo

Route 12, Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Each bid response shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “DO NOT OPEN –

NEWCOMB SUBSTATION PROJECT (MATERIALS)” and received by December 3, 2025

@ 5:00 p.m. (DST). No late, facsimiled, or electronic mailed bids will be accepted.
