Project Description: This Contract provides for the improvement of approximately 2 miles of roadway. Roadways include Lake Washington Boulevard SE, Newcastle Way, Coal Creek Parkway SE, and 116th Avenue SE. Work includes, but is not limited to, pavement grinding, pavement overlays, isolated pavement repairs, adjusting utility castings to grade, replacing existing loop detectors in-kind, pavement markings, traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
Engineer's Estimate: $2,500,000.
