Newburyport High School Roof Replacement

The City of Newburyport, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites bids for the construction of the roof replacement at the Newburyport High School located at 241 High Street, Newburyport, MA.

Bids are due on or before 2:00PM, local time, April 23, 2026 for Filed Sub-Bids and on or before 2:00PM, April 30, 2026 for prime Roofing bids. Bids will be received electronically via Biddocs.com.

The scope of work consists of the partial replacement of the membrane roof system at the High School. Other work includes associated plumbing, electrical HVAC disconnects, skylights, and finishes.

The General Contractor shall be DCAMM certified in Roofing & Flashing.  The Filed Sub-Bidder DCAMM categories for this project are as follows: Masonry, Waterproofing Damproofing & Caulking, & Electrical. Plans and Specifications are available at www.biddocs.com . Refer to the bid documents for specific bidder instructions and requirements.

Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, SS44A-44J, as most recently amended, and all other applicable laws. Bids are subject to Prevailing Wage Rates as required by MGL c. 149, SS 26 to 27H. The City of Newburyport reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
