Solicitation number HT940626QB001 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for Newborn Screening Services.

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Healthcare Contracting Division - Southeast is acquiring on behalf of Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Florida (NH Jacksonville), Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (USNH GTMO), Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC (NMCCL) and Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia (NMCP). The proposed action is to award three firm fixed price contracts on a sole source basis to provide non-personal services to support the Newborn Screening program for military beneficiaries located at the MTF that have labor and delivery units.
