NYSERDA is seeking New York State Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) to provide On-Site Energy Manager (OSEM) services to schools and school districts across New York State. On-Site Energy Managers are responsible for creating energy efficient processes that decrease cost and waste. Schools can lower operational costs, reduce maintenance time, and create comfortable, healthy, and safe environments by hiring or assigning a dedicated On-Site Energy Manager
