750 NEW YORK HVAC SYSTEM

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (SUNY-DHSU) is seeking a Firm, to replace two non working existing RTU's. The firm must be able to remove and install two new RTU units and Build interior ducting. ( See below)

• Design/Build HVAC to replace 2 non-working existing RTUs.
• Design/Build - Provide & Install (2) 15 ton RTU York units.
• Design/Build interior ducting.
• Removal of 2 existing non working roof top units.
• Design/Build Re-do electrical work to units.
• Design/Build Re-do gas line to units.
• Design/Build Re-do duct work for both units.
• Removal of cage to accommodate units.
• Design/Build - new condensate drain lines.
• Provide crane to rig units. Start up of both units.
• Installation guaranteed-1 year; warranty compressors-10 years

sales to any NYS agency. Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law $139 JK and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a.

Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current
NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms.
