Description:

The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the new Viola Neighborhood Multi-Service Center Project. The Viola MSC is located at 218 Viola Street, Greenville, SC 29601. Project includes, but not limited to, demolition of existing structure, including stairs, planter, wall, and concrete porch; construction of a new multi-service center; erosion and sediment control; paving and striping a new parallel parking area; concrete sidewalks; curb and gutter; and landscaping. The scope of services is outlined more clearly in the construction plans.

Bids will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M. ET, September 18, 2025. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., September 4, 2025.
