Project Description: The purpose of this IFB is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified firms for a General Contractor of a new Transportation Building in Cedar City Utah. Firms must be licensed and certified as applicable in the State of Utah, to construct a new Transportation Building per design and specifications from Naylor Wentworth Lund Architects. The General Contractor will work closely with the Iron County School District Director of Facilities and Naylor Wentworth Lund Architects, through the construction phase to clarify construction issues.
