On August 26, 2025, the County issued Request for Qualifications No. 25-2869-8JOK – New Social Services Building to invite interested offerors an opportunity to submit qualifications for evaluation to be determined prequalified to participate in a Request for Proposal for Construction Manager at Risk Services. All interested offerors were notified of their prequalification status on November 6, 2025. Only the interested offerors determined to be qualified may submit proposals in response to this RFP. The following interested offerors were determined to be qualified:
