The Metropolitan Council (Council) is soliciting proposals for the following services: full-service
advertising agency to serve as a strategic partner in the development and execution of integrated
marketing and communications initiatives. The anticipated schedule for this procurement is as follows:

RFP Issue Date April 13, 2026

Pre-Proposal Meeting April 30, 2026, at 3:30 PM CST
Questions Due May 4, 2026

Proposals Due May 28, 2026, at 3:30 PM CST
Award July 2026
