New Silverbowl Park – Playground Total Replacement

The "project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled “New Silverbowl Park: Playground Total Replacement” and is located at 6800 E. Russell Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89122. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 32 of the Project Manual.

The work consists of the construction of Play Area approximately 9,300 sf. and refurbish existing 1,037 sf. Canopy. Work Scope includes the removal of existing Swing Set and two (2) Play Structures along with associated Sports Surface, related foundation supports and all underlayment to the soil layer and replace with One (1) Shaded Swing Set, one (1) new 2-5 yr. old, and one (1) new 5-12 yr. old Playground Equipment with associated Shade Structures, Lighting and Safety surfacing.
