INVITATION TO BID (ITB)
The purpose of this ITB is to Purchase a New School Bus for the District.
SUBMITTING BIDS
All information requested must be completed and submitted digitally via email by February 3, 2026 at 2:00
P.M. (MST) through the online Bonfire System (instructions to login and register and submit a bid in the link
below). You may also hand deliver the bids to the Beaver County School District in a sealed envelope with the
name and number of the solicitation on the outside of the envelope. Bids will be publicly opened on February

If the required information is not submitted in a timely manner, the bid will be deemed non-responsive.
