NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, March 31, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
New Roof at DeGray Lake Resort Lodge located in Bismarck, AR for the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism. PR #9002606
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on March 24, 2026, at 2027 State Park Maintenance RD, Bismarck, AR 71929. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201 (501)372-4011. Prime bidders will be furnished with three (3) sets of bidding documents. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, payable to Taylor/Kempkes, Architects. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return bidding documents in good condition within ten (10) days after the opening of bids. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the bidder’s deposit will be refunded. Prime bidders requiring additional sets and sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics.

If the bid is $50,000.00 or more, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
