Each bid must be accompanied by a DEPOSIT in the form of certified check, cashier's check or Money Order ONLY made payable to the CITY OF NEW ROCHELLE, NEW YORK, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price (CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED). The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
