General Construction Contract D006392 bid bond amount: $147,850.00 (One hundred forty-seven thousand, eight hundred fifty dollars and zero cents)

Contract includes all work not specifically assigned to any other Contract and includes but is not limited to: Providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide a 11,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building, and related site improvements. Work includes site utilities and connection. Engineer’s Estimate range: $2,513,106 - $3,400,085

Mechanical Contract D006391 bid bond amount $9,000 (Nine thousand dollars and zero cents)

Contract includes but is not limited to: Providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary for installing: all exhaust fans, ductwork, grills, ventilation fans, electric heaters, and energy recovery units. Include all required concrete mounting pads. Engineer’s Estimate range: $152,873 - $206,828

Electrical Contract D006390 bid bond amount $20,650 (Twenty thousand, six hundred fifty dollars and zero cents)

Contract includes but is not limited to: Providing all labor, material, and equipment necessary for installing: all wiring, switches, outlets, boxes and light fixtures; enhanced testing and commissioning of the lighting systems as outlined in Specification Section 26 08 00. Includes furnishing and installing all items specified and shown on the Drawings for the following: electrical equipment, and HVAC equipment. Providing site electrical power connections and distribution, including trenching, bedding, backfill, conduit, primary and secondary conductors, and medium voltage transformers. Coordination with NYSOPRHP to facilitate power tap-in at existing Regional Maintenance Building transformer. Engineer’s Estimate range: $350,631 - $474,382
