Notice is given that on Tuesday July 28, 2026, at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and
publicly open separate sealed bids for Re-solicitated South Garage HVAC Rebuild, Project Number
64101, Contract Number 25P351R.
The work of this project includes the demolition of existing mechanical equipment, cleaning existing
ductwork, and providing new mechanical equipment for the South Garage HVAC system as indicated in
the IFB documents.
