New Public Safety Facility Situational Awareness Room

Sealed proposals for the New Public Safety Facility Situational Awareness Room will be received at the office of the City Clerk, 118 Hillsboro Avenue, Edwardsville, Illinois 62025 until 2:00 PM, prevailing time on Thursday, December 5, 2024.  Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 2:00 PM, prevailing time on Thursday, December 5, 2024 at the Office of the City Clerk.

Plans and proposal forms will be available online by visiting the City of Edwardsville website at https://www.cityofedwardsville.com/bids.aspx

The contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILSC 130/1-12).

This project is funded in part by grant funds provided by Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (ILDCEO) and all applicable grant requirements will need to be met.

The City of Edwardsville encourages minority business firms to submit bids for this project.  The City of Edwardsville also encourages successful bidders to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
