New Pass House and Day Center

Churchill County is currently accepting bids to perform renovations on four (4) existing buildings located at 280, 282, 290, and 292 Quail Way in Fallon, NV for the New Pass House and Day Center. The work shall include the following:

• Demo existing walls and doorways to improve accessibility for ADA requirements.
• Remove/replace carpet/tile, including baseboards.
• Construct interior walls.
• Remove and replace kitchen/bathroom fixtures, including toilets and supply lines.
• Remove existing hot water heaters and replace with tankless water heaters.
• Remove existing hot water boilers and registers for heating.
• Remove existing swamp coolers/window AC units.
• Remove and replace lighting fixtures with LED fixtures.
• Remove and replace all receptacles, switches, and wall plates.
• Prime and paint interior walls and ceilings.
• Install mini-split cooling system in units 280 and 282.
• Install mini-split heating/cooling system in units 290 and 292.
• Install wiring for cameras and door access points as required.
• Install security cameras and door access points.

Project plans and scope of work are included in the specifications marked as Exhibit A in the bid document. The specification may be supplemented with more detailed drawings, descriptions, and requirements at the mandatory pre-bid meeting, which shall automatically become part of the bid packet.
